Sir Pizza (a franchise originating in Florida) is located in Skyland, N.C.
This was a plumbing, mechanical, and electrical remodel of an old post office. RNM worked with architect Danie A. Johnson on this project.

After a fire destroyed part of the First United Methodist Church in Waynesville, North Carolina in 1994,  RN&M Engineers was part of the design team on this $7 million project.
This renovation included a 650 seat capacity sanctuary and an updated daycare facility.
Designers also had the challenge of maintaining the historic character of the building.

The Waynesville Recreation Center is a 64,000 square foot full service recreation facility containing a water park, lap pool, walking track, weight room, and two basketball courts.
 

At the time of construction, this facility had the largest pool dehumidifer that the manufacturer had ever done.
